Where are you located?

Our translation headquarters are in Rhodes, at 45, E. Makariou str., on the first floor. However, we offer remote translation services – wherever in the world you are. Just send as an e-mail or fill in the order form and a member of our team will get in touch with you regarding your specific translation project.

I want to translate documents but live abroad, can you help me?

We live in a digital era. You can send us your document by e-mail and we will send your translation back by e-mail, post or courier.

What documents do you need before you begin the translation process?

Your original document(s), the languages to/from we will translate as well as contact details for any clarifications needed.

If you need to translate identity cards, birth certificates etc., we need a copy/photo of your id/passport for consistency reasons.

Are your translations official?

All translations are signed and stamped by our office. If you wish, our legal team will also certify the translations in order to be accepted in all private and public authorities. Lawyer certification is charged extra.

In case you have been explicitly told that the translation has to be issued from the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for foreign passports and other applications), please contact the Ministry’s Translation Service.

Are you a member of some official translators’ body?

Yes, we are a member of the Panhellenic Association of Translators, which is a member of the International Federation of Translators, as well as the Association of Translators, Editors and Proofreaders. We participate regularly in translation conferences and events. You can read our blog for more information and insights in the translation industry.

How will I receive my translation? Can I have my translation by e-mail?

You can drop by our offices, at 45. E. Makariou str. or we can send your translation back by e-mail, post or courier. Shipping is charged to the customer.

How long will it take to translate my website or my documents?

It depends on the text type, the length as well as the language combination. Send us your project and we will create a custom time/price quote for you!

A friend of mine speaks great German and has translated a document for me. Can you sign and stamp it so that I can use it officially?

Regrettably we do not stamp translations from third parties, third countries or old translations.

Do you offer other linguistic services? What are they?

We offer proofreading, editing, menu translation to Braille language, localization, book creating, self-publishing and more, which you can see in detail in our SERVICES page.
